Travelling Iceland with a Drone
One of Ann’s former school friend, who is an avid traveller, recently bought a drone to capture the beauty of Iceland from the skies. While he is still a newbie to aerial videography, he managed to capture some wonderful aerial footage and edited it to a nice short travel video below.
We are really inspired by his travels as well as his beautiful captures and hope to see Iceland soon with our own drone. We have been researching and looking around for a drone which is functional and easy to travel around with.
DJI Mavic Pro
Top of our list would be the DJI Mavic Pro which is foldable making it small enough to fit in our day packs and bring it everywhere. The Mavic also has sensors that avoid any obstacles in its path, saving us from all those nasty drone collisions our friends have to endure.
However, the DJI Mavic and the ones we have been looking at are very expensive and a little over our budget.
Does anyone have other recommendations?
